1. Privacy policy
Who we are
SUPERLOTO, UAB (company code 303280877) is the operator of this website and the controller of the personal data described here. Address: Olimpiečių str. 15-1, LT-09237 Vilnius, Lithuania. For enquiries and privacy requests, write to info@superlotto.tv. This notice covers our business website, including its preview environment at splt-games.digipro.lt, and the information collected through it.
Partner enquiries
When you contact us, we receive your name, company, email address, message and any game you ask about. The form also records the page from which you contacted us, your cookie choice and, where available, an approximate country derived from the connection. Required fields let us understand and reply to your request. Without them, the form cannot be submitted; you can contact us by email instead. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information.
We use these details to answer questions, supply game information and discuss a possible business relationship. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where you personally seek to enter a contract with us, we may also process the information to take the steps you request before that contract.
Website analytics
With your analytics consent, our internal analytics records page and game views, demo starts, link clicks, searches and enquiry events. Records can include a page path, game identifier, search text, approximate country and device category. A daily changing identifier is generated from connection information; this is pseudonymous data, not a guarantee of anonymity. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the internal analytics event table. With consent, a list of up to 20 games viewed in the current tab can also accompany your enquiry to help us understand your interests.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated abuse. The verification service processes browser and connection information for security purposes. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our server also checks whether an email domain can receive mail and restricts repeated submissions; it does not verify ownership of your mailbox.
Operation and security
Our hosting service processes connection information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver pages and protect the service. Access controls and administrator sign-in records help prevent abuse. Administrator accounts also contain account and authentication information. We process these records for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. We do not use this website to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Who receives information
Authorised staff handle enquiries. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and the email delivery providers configured for our business process information needed to operate the service; enquiry messages can be forwarded to our business email inboxes. A demo service receives connection information when you launch a game, as explained below. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
The location of processing depends on the service used; this notice does not promise that all processing remains within the European Economic Area. Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. How long information is kept
Website enquiry records are removed by routine cleanup after 2 years without a recorded update. Email correspondence, backups and records that form part of a business relationship may have a separate retention period, determined by the purpose of the correspondence, applicable record-keeping duties and any outstanding legal claims. Analytics and security records are retained according to their usefulness for reporting, investigating incidents and protecting the service. Contact us for the retention information applicable to a particular record. Browser storage periods are listed in the cookie policy below.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing and the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to info@superlotto.tv. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension.
You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI) or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work. You do not have to contact us first.
Your choice
Cookies and similar browser storage support the site and, if you agree, analytics. Optional analytics is off until you choose Accept all. Essential only keeps it off. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Essential storage supports a service you request and is not controlled by the analytics choice; you can delete or block it in your browser, but some features may stop working.

- sl_consent — remembers Accept all or Essential only for 365 days. When it expires, we ask again.
Optional analytics storage
Our internal analytics does not set an analytics identifier cookie. With consent, sl_viewed in session storage remembers up to 20 viewed game IDs for the current tab and may attach them to a contact enquiry. It is cleared when you withdraw consent or the tab’s session ends.
Demo services
A game demo connects to a separate simulator when you press Play. That service receives your IP address and browser information and may use storage needed to run the requested demo. Its storage is separate from the cookies listed above. The website’s analytics choice does not by itself authorise optional tracking within a simulator.
3. Terms of use
Purpose of the website
This website is operated by SUPERLOTO, UAB (company code 303280877), Olimpiečių str. 15-1, LT-09237 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: info@superlotto.tv. It presents our games to prospective business partners. It does not sell lottery tickets, accept deposits or stakes, or pay prizes. Use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Content and permitted use
Game artwork, descriptions, software, trademarks and other materials belong to SUPERLOTO, UAB or their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and use materials made available for download to evaluate a potential business relationship. This does not grant a right to publish, resell, distribute or operate the games. Any further use requires the relevant rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis.
Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code or collect other visitors’ information. If you discover a security issue, report it to info@superlotto.tv.
Product information and commercial agreements
Displayed RTP, ticket prices, prize funds, maximum wins, odds, languages and certifications describe particular or proposed configurations. Availability and approved settings vary by operator and jurisdiction. Confirm the current specifications and regulatory requirements with us before relying on them. Website content and enquiry submissions do not themselves create a licence, supply contract or binding commercial offer; any agreement is made separately.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but content may contain errors and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We may update materials and restrict access where necessary to protect the service. External links and simulator services may be subject to separate terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
These website terms are governed by Lithuanian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Separate written agreements govern any commercial relationship. We may update these terms and the privacy and cookie notices; the date above identifies this version. Changes do not retrospectively grant consent for new data uses.
4. Demo games
Demos are intended for adults aged 18 or over evaluating our products for business purposes. They are free simulations: no real-money stakes, cash prizes or redeemable balances are available. Displayed wins and balances have no monetary value.
A demo illustrates gameplay and may use test outcomes or configurations that differ from a live certified game. Demo results do not predict future results or establish the odds of a live game. Operating a game commercially requires separate agreement and all applicable licences and approvals.
The simulator loads when you launch a demo. Its host can receive technical connection information even though no player account is requested by this website. Do not enter real payment details or other sensitive information into a demonstration.
